Waitemata Table Tennis Association (WTTA)
Waitemata Table Tennis Association (WTTA) has been the home of Table Tennis in West Auckland since 1968 and is located at 72A Seymour Road (inside Parr’s Park) Sunnyvale, Henderson. We are a family friendly table tennis association that welcomes anyone, all ages and abilities.
Waitemata Table Tennis is associated with Table Tennis New Zealand (TTNZ) who are members of ITTF and IOC. This gives our members the opportunity to play local, national and international tournaments such as the Olympics and World Table Tennis tournaments.
Our purpose built Table Tennis stadium re-opened December 2021 after a complete rebuild and has 10 tables, international tournament flooring and lighting and is now home to world ranked players Alfred Dela Pena and Kelsey Amor.
We have casual sessions nearly everyday and our internationally trained coaching team offer 1-1 and group coaching (see www.wtta.nz for session times). No need to book, just drop into sessions. Note: Members are also able to purchase a Swipe Tag allowing access even when we are closed!
Drop in anytime and our team will be happy to show you around and get you started. Our club is friendly and accessible to everyone, with many members becoming lifelong friends.

Waitemata Table Tennis is excited to launch Serve, Spin, Smash!
An 8-week introductory, fun and inclusive community Para table tennis programme that welcomes disabled people of all ages and abilities, using adapted equipment and games to maximise confidence and enjoyment.
This programme is co-designed and delivered in partnership between Paralympics New Zealand, Table Tennis New Zealand, Disability Sport Auckland, Parafed Waikato, ParaFed Canterbury, Waitemata Table Tennis, Table Tennis Canterburyand Waikato Table Tennis Association

Kids Table Tennis Holiday Coaching
Monday - Thursday School Holidays (15th-18th April and 22nd to 25th April) at Waitemata Table Tennis, 72a Seymour Road, Sunnyvale (inside Parr's Park)
12-1:30pm Under 11 & Beginners
2-4pm 11 to 18 Years
4:30-7pm WTTA Tournament Juniors
$10 per session for club members (including Swipe Tags) and $20 per session for nonmembers
Run by Alfred Dela-Pena, NZ's highest World Ranked male player and International ITTF coach.
For all levels of players looking to improve or learn Table Tennis.
